Specifications

Measuring and control transmitter for panel installation in a Noryl® resin enclosure (front IP 54). 

Sensors: 
Connections for a two-electrode conductivity sensor with built-in Pt1000 temperature sensor like Swansensor UP-CON1000 and for a digital sample flow meter. 

Measuring range: 

• 0.055 μS/cm to 30 mS/cm 
• Temperature compensation:
  non-linear for high purity water, neutral salts, strong acids, strong bases, ammonia, ethanolamine, morpholine or linear with coefficient.
• Measured value is compensated to 25 °C.

User interface:

• Big backlit LC display for measuring value, sample temperature, sample flow and operating status
• Easy user menus in English, Chinese, German, French and Spanish. Simple programming of all parameters by keypad
• Data logger for 3’500 data records stored at a selectable interval.   

Connections:

• 2 signal outputs (0/4 - 20 mA) for measured values or continuous control
• 2 potential-free contacts as limit switches or as controllers, configuration normally open
• 1 potential-free alarm contact as summary alarm indication, selection NC (normally open) or NO (normally closed) via terminal
• 1 input for potential-free contact for hold or remote-off function
• 1 serial interface RS232 (for logger/history download and firmware updates via optional USB converter)
• All in- and outputs protected against overvoltages.   

Communication Options:  

• Profibus DP / Modbus RTU interface or  
• HART interface or  
• USB interface (for data logging and firmware updates)
